Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. melted margarine
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 c. coarse cornbread crumbs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chicken or turkey broth
Preparation
-
Cook onion and celery in margarine until tender.
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Place in pan sprayed with vegetable cooking spray and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
