Turkey Vegetable Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey breast
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. fresh tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 lb. zucchini, diced
    1/4 c. chopped dill pickle
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown turkey, onion and garlic in oil.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, for 5 to 10 minutes or until the turkey is cooked and zucchini is tender.
    Yields 6 servings.
