Annie'S Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. sugar
1 qt. strawberries
few drops red food coloring
2 c. water
1 pkg. strawberry jello
dash of salt

Preparation

Mix cornstarch, water, salt and sugar and boil until clear. Remove from heat and add dry jello and food coloring.
Put strawberries in a baked pie shell and add the filling to cover the berries.
Refrigerate for several hours.
Serve with whipped topping.
