Banana Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 medium bananas, mashed
1 egg
2 c. semi-sweet mini morsels
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
In large mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy.
Beat in bananas and egg.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in mini morsels. Spread in greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch baking pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
Cut into 2 x 1-inch bars.
Makes about 6 dozen bars.
