Tater Tot And Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. frozen Tater Tots
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. shredded American cheese
1 c. undiluted cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown meat and onion; drain off fat. Layer in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish one layer of meat and onion. Add soup evenly over meat.
Place a layer of frozen Tater Tots. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and cover with cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
