Sunday Night Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1/3 c. finely chopped onions
    1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. bulk sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet on low heat.
    Add potatoes, onions and green pepper.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cover and cook over low heat 15 to 20 minutes.
    Pour eggs over potatoes.
    Arrange sausage over eggs.
    Cover and cook until eggs are set, about 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and heat until cheese melts.
    Cut into wedges to serve.
    Serves 6.
