Classic Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. nonfat mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 c. diced, peeled, cooked red potatoes
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. sliced radishes
1/4 c. green peppers
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley or Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise, prepared mustard, celery seed and pepper in small bowl.
Stir until well blended.
Combine potatoes, celery, onions, radishes, green peppers and parsley in large bowl. Add ingredients of small bowl into large bowl.
Toss to mix. Cover.
Refrigerate several hours.
Makes 8 servings.
