Poppy Seed Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. apple cider vinegar
    3 Tbsp. onion juice or 1 1/2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
    2 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 Tbsp. red food coloring (to suit)
Preparation
    Put the first 6 ingredients in blender. Add the salad oil slowly while blending. Beat until thick. Add poppy seed and food coloring. Beat until very thick. Store in refrigerator. Will keep in refrigerator a week or longer.
