Pears Helene - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    5 1/2 oz. can evaporated milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring
Preparation
    Melt chocolate over hot water.
    Beat in milk and salt.
    Blend in peppermint.
    Serve hot or cold.
