Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel ripe tomatoes, peeled and cut up
    3 lb. chopped onions
    8 green bell peppers
    1 whole clove garlic, chopped
    2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 hot peppers
    5 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    5 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients; cook 1 hour and 25 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients; cook for 45 minutes.
    Place in freezer bags or into glass jars and seal.
