5-Star Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops, trimmed
    salt and pepper to taste
    mustard (any kind)
    flour
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chops to taste.
    Smooth mustard on both sides, roll in flour and lightly brown.
    Place in shallow baking pan with soup.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
