Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook and drain macaroni.
    Melt butter; stir in flour and salt to make a thick paste and add milk.
    Stir constantly until medium white sauce is made.
    Add grated cheese; stir until melted.
    Place macaroni in 2-quart casserole; pour sauce over and stir.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven half an hour or microwave High 10 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
