Deviled Crabs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh crabmeat
3/4 c. corn bread crumbs
3/4 c. white bread crumbs
1 medium onion, chopped finely
1 bell pepper, chopped finely
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 eggs
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
dash of Tabasco
Preparation

Combine crabmeat, bread crumbs, onion, pepper and celery in a large bowl.
Beat together remaining ingredients until smooth. Mix with crab.
Pack into a shallow baking dish or crab shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot, about 30 minutes.
