Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Martha White buttermilk cornbread mix
4 eggs
1/2 medium onion
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 pkg. Mexican Velveeta cheese
1 stick oleo
Preparation

Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Set aside.
Mix all other ingredients together.
Stir well and pour into pan with melted butter.
Bake in oven at 400\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown.
