Easter Jello Salad(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 large softened cream cheese
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 1/2 c. colored miniature marshmallows
    1 large can drained crushed pineapple
    2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Add cream cheese and whip together.
    Cool.
    Add drained, crushed pineapple and marshmallows; mix altogether.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    May add coconut or nuts, if desired.
