Tamale Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 onions, chopped fine
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 qt. tomatoes
    1 large can creamed corn
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
Preparation
    In a large pan (5-quart) heat oil and margarine.
    Brown onions, garlic and ground beef on low heat (approximately 15 minutes).
    Add tomatoes, corn, chili powder, salt and cornmeal.
    In a small bowl, beat together eggs and milk until well mixed.
    Add to mixture and stir well.
    Cook 20 minutes.
    Put into a casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
