Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. sweet chocolate
    3 Tbsp. brewed coffee
    4 egg yolks
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    4 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 1/4 c. heavy cream, whipped stiff
Preparation
    Melt the chocolate in the coffee over hot water.
    Cool.
    Beat the egg yolks in a bowl.
    Add the sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
    Stir in chocolate and vanilla.
    Fold in egg whites gently, but thoroughly.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Turn into a 2-quart souffle dish.
    Chill for 6 hours.
