Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grits
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 or 4 drops Tabasco
Preparation
    Cook grits in 6 cups water for 5 minutes.
    Add oleo and cheese.
    Add egg, Tabasco and salt.
    Bake for 1 hour in 300\u00b0 oven.
