Mexican Dorito Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. grated cheddar cheese
    1 lb. ground meat
    large bag Doritos, crushed
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can mild enchilada sauce (Old El Paso)
    1 small jar mild taco sauce (Old El Paso)
    chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions, adding salt and pepper to taste. Drain grease.
    Combine all other ingredients except Doritos and cheese and simmer until everything is cooked together.
    Take 9x13 inch pan, put Doritos in bottom of pan, pour meat mixture in and put cheese on top.
    Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
