Omelet For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 eggs
    4 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place butter in a 9-inch microproof pie plate. Cook on High for 1 minute or until melted.
    Combine eggs, water, salt and pepper.
    Beat lightly with a fork.
    Pour into pie plate. Cover with waxed paper and cook for 4 minutes or until center is nearly set.
    Let stand, covered, 1 to 2 minutes. Fold in half and serve immediately.
