Banana Split Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
16 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
4 large bananas
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. maraschino cherries
1 c. toasted pecans, chopped fine
Preparation

Mix together margarine, sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Press into 2-quart oblong baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes and cool completely.
Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Spread over cooled crust.
Slice bananas over cheese mixture. Spread pineapple over bananas.
Add cherries and chopped pecans. Cover with Cool Whip.
Chill at least a couple of hours before serving.
Serves 10.
