Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 zucchini, sliced
    1 medium onion
    1 (32 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 tsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Simmer\tzucchini
    in
    very
    little
    water until tender. Saute onion in butter until soft.
    Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
    and
    garlic
    salt.
    Simmer for 30 minutes. Drain squash and
    add to tomato mixture.
    Turn into a 2 quart casserole
    and sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake in a
    375\u00b0\toven until heated through.
    This can be made ahead and refrigerated, then reheated in oven.
