Spareribs And Kraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. spareribs
    1 qt. sauerkraut
    1/2 c. hot water
    seasoning as desired
Preparation
    Brown spareribs in broiler; season.
    Place ribs over kraut in a baking dish.
    Add 1/2 cup water.
    Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Yields 6 servings.
