Potato Stuffing Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped celery
1 onion, chopped
4 Tbsp. butter, divided
1 pkg. Mrs. Cubbison's stuffing mix (2 bags come in the box. Use only 1)
5 to 6 large potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
1/2 tsp. sage
1/8 c. fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. hot milk
Preparation

In skillet saute celery and onion in butter until done.
Add stuffing mix and stir until lightly browned.
Stir in mashed potatoes and sage, parsley salt, pepper and milk.
Mix well.
Spoon into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Dot with remaining butter. Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 30 to 40 minutes.
