Green Chili Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can diced chillies
    4 c. Longhorn cheese
    24 corn tortillas
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix soup, sour cream, chillies and cheese.
    Fry tortillas in oil.
    Fill each with about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll. Pour the rest of mixture over the enchiladas and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, covered with foil.
    Serves 8. Happy eating.
