Crumpet For Open Face Crab Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. fast active yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 c. warm milk
    1 c. melted margarine
    3 eggs, beaten well
Preparation
    In large bowl,\tcombine
    flour,
    salt, sugar and yeast. Mix well and slowly add
    water, milk, butter and eggs. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
    Cover
    and
    let double in size. Fry in hash brown rings on hot griddle, brown on each side.
    Makes approximately 12 crumpets.
