Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped pimentoes
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 1/2 c. chopped hot peppers
1 lg chopped onion
1/2 c. cream corn
1 clove garlic
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased pan.
Brown and serve.
