Sweet And Sour Pork Or Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 pared and thinly sliced carrots
1/8 c. oil
1 medium onion, sliced
2 medium bell peppers, sliced
1 1/2 lb. pork or chicken, cut into cubes
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook carrots in 3-quart casserole on High for 5 minutes in oil, covered.
Add onion, bell pepper and meat.
Cook 5 minutes covered. Mix 1/2 cup pineapple juice with cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
Add sauce mix to meat and vegetables.
Add pineapple and cook covered for 10 minutes on High, stirring several times.
Serve over cooked rice.
