My Sister'S Potato Salad(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sweet pickle cubes
    9 potatoes, peeled, diced and cooked
    1 onion, chopped
    3 celery stalks, chopped
    6 hard-boiled egg whites, chopped
Preparation
    Stir pickle cubes, potatoes, onion, celery and chopped egg whites together in a large bowl. Combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and celery seed in a small bowl. Stir until well blended. Pour this dressing over potato mix. Stir all ingredients well. Chill and serve.
