Letter Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. yeast
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. warm water
coarse salt (if available)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Add honey and salt.
Then add flour and knead.
Roll pieces and form letters on wax paper.
Brush with beaten egg.
Sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
