Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 eggs
parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. lasagne noodles
3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Mix Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley and pepper and set aside.
Cook lasagne noodles in oil, then layer in foiled lasagne pan.
Start with sauce (store bought or homemade), then the layer of Ricotta mixture.
Then layer of sauce, then noodles, Ricotta, then sauce, then layer of Mozzarella cheese, then lasagne noodles and top with sauce.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered with foil.
Remove foil for 15 minutes.
