Melt In Your Mouth Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk, scalded
6 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
2 eggs
5 1/2 to 6 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Combine scalded milk, sugar and salt; stir until sugar dissolves.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Combine yeast and milk mixture; add butter and eggs and mix well.
Add flour.
Let rise until double.
Work down.
Make into rolls.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until brown at 350\u00b0.
Makes two dozen.
