Creamed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
butter (size of an egg)
salt
a little cayenne pepper
1 c. cream
Preparation

Beat together the egg yolks, sugar, vinegar, butter, salt and cayenne pepper.
Put the mixture into a saucepan and stir until it boils.
Then stir in 1 cup cream.
Let come to a boil.
Pour hot mixture over cooked cabbage.
