Danish Pastry Apple Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
1 egg, separated
1 c. crushed corn flakes
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
8 to 10 apples, sliced
Preparation

Cut together flour, salt and shortening.
Add egg yolk with enough milk to make 2/3 cup liquid and mix well.
Roll out 1/2 mixture to fit in a jelly roll pan.
