Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 raw potatoes, pared and grated
    2 whole eggs, well beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly and bake in a well-greased hot pan.
    In small frying pan, bake one pancake at a time.
    In a large one you can make 3 at a time.
    When brown on one side, turn over and brown the other side. Serve hot and well buttered.
