Country Club Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads romaine lettuce
    4 strips crisp bacon, crumbled
    2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
    1 tomato, diced
    1 avocado, diced
    1 Italian red onion, sliced
    2 (3 oz.) Roquefort cheese, crumbled
    French dressing
Preparation
    Carefully wash and chill lettuce.
    (Other greens may be substituted or
    added.)
    Tear into bite-size pieces in a large round salad bowl.
    Arrange bacon, eggs, tomato, avocado, onion and cheese separately in pie-shaped sections over greens.
    Add dressing just before serving.
