Pasta And Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cooked, fresh spinach tortellini with cheese, cooked without salt or fat
    1 c. sliced zucchini
    1 c. red bell pepper strips
    1 c. yellow bell pepper strips
    1/2 c. thinly sliced purple onion
    3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of red pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Combine fresh spinach tortellini and next 4 ingredients in a bowl and toss well.
