Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add the shortening, sugar and salt and mix well.
    Mix in the flour and let rise for 1 hour in an uncovered container.
    Knead about 12 to 15 times, then cut into rolls.
    Allow rolls to rise for an additional hour.
    Bake for about 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
