Maureen'S Marsella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken cutlets
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/4 lb. butter
    flour
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 small cans mushroom pieces and stems
    1 tsp. grated cheese (white)
    1 1/2 c. dry vermouth
    1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1 lb. flat egg noodles
Preparation
    In an electric skillet or large fry pan, melt butter and add chopped garlic,
    Have butcher skin and debone chicken to make 8 cutlets, fresh chicken cutlets.
    (No frozen cutlets.)
