Coconut Cranberry Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/8 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. flaked coconut
Preparation

Combine and blend first four ingredients.
Spoon into serving compote dish.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Makes 1-1/4 cup.
