Tia Blanca'S Argentine Chimichuri - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bunch parsley, stemmed and finely chopped
    5 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
    1/4 c. dried oregano
    2 Tbsp. Layco sweet red bell pepper powder (\"oji molido\") *
    light vegetable oil
    white vinegar
    salt
Preparation
    Mix parsley, garlic, oregano and sweet bell pepper powder well in a 1-quart ceramic or glass jar.
    Pour enough oil over so oil saturates and covers the herbs and spices with 1/2 inch of oil on top.
    You want 2 parts of oil to 1 part of vinegar, so add 2 large spoons of vinegar to start, salt, and taste.
