Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange-flavored gelatin
4 c. apple cider
1 c. raisins
1 c. coarsely chopped apple
1 c. chopped celery
juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups of hot cider.
Stir in the raisins; cool.
Add the remaining cider.
Chill until slightly thickened. Add remaining ingredients and chill until set.
Serves 8.
