Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1 large can tomato sauce
    2 pkg. taco mix
    2 lb. hamburg, fried
    18 soft corn shells, fried
Preparation
    Fry hamburg, drain grease and add taco mix. Put hamburg mixture in a soft corn shells, placing seam side down in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour sauce over enchiladas and top with cheeses. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
