Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, crumbled, fried and drained
8 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried mustard
6 slices bread with crusts, cubed
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Combine bread crumbs and sausage in bottom of 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Mix eggs, milk and seasonings and pour over bread, sausage mixture.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Set in refrigerator overnight or for 12 hours.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes. Let set 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 8 to 10.
