Zucchini Bread(Makes 2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 peeled, grated zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat eggs until light and foamy.
Add next four ingredients. Mix lightly.
