Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. rice
    1 can consomme soup
    1 c. water (maybe more while cooking)
    onions and bell pepper
    1 can or jar mushrooms (I usually use the pieces)
Preparation
    Saute the onions and bell pepper in margarine.
    Add the rice, consomme, water and mushrooms.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until rice is done.
