Mexican-Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1 c. catsup
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. tomatoes
    1 cut up onion
    3 slices bacon
Preparation
    Clean rice.
    Rinse.
    Fry rice like popcorn (no grease, no lard).
    Mix and turn for 8 minutes.
    Then take off of stove and put in cold water.
    Drain.
    Add catsup, garlic, salt, tomato, onion and bacon. Cover for 1 hour.
