Broccoli And Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) bag or 2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen vegetables
1 stick margarine
24 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook vegetables according to package directions.
Drain. Combine vegetables, 1/3 stick margarine, cheese and 10 crushed Ritz crackers until cheese and margarine are melted and well mixed.
Place in casserole dish and sprinkle remaining crushed Ritz crackers over top.
Pour 2/3 stick of melted margarine over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
