Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. canned coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar together. Add eggs and beat until mixed. Add milk, coconut and vanilla.
    Pour into plate, lightly greased and coated with cornmeal or pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
