Quesadillas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6-inch flour tortillas
shredded cheese (Monterey Jack or Cheddar)
cooked chicken, beef, pork, sausage or bacon
green chilies
olives
onions
peppers
Preparation

Lightly grease large sheet pan.
Place 1 tortilla in pan. Moisten edge with water.
Place choice of ingredients on tortilla. Moisten edge of another tortilla and place on top of first one, press edges together.
Press down gently to distribute filling. Bake at 400\u00b0 until lightly browned and thoroughly heated (7 to 10 minutes).
Cut into quarters.
Serve hot with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, etc.
